EFT is a form of psychological accupressure that uses light tapping with your fingertips.
Tapping on these points combined with verbalising the identified problem followed by a general affirmation phrase.
Using this technique balances the energy system and appears to relieve psychological stress and physiological pain.
Restoring the balance of the energy system allows the body and mind to resume their natural healing abilities.
EFT is safe, easy to action and is non- invasive.

EFT Session
My goal is to make you feel secure and relaxed. We will begin with a short consultation to discuss your goals.
Followed by a mini breathwork session to bring you into the present moment.
Then we begin tapping! I will guide you to learn the nine tapping points. As you tap you will experience focus, clarity and emotional shifts.
Tapping on these points while talking about the issue encourages a relaxation response and an emotional shift.
EFT supports personal issues such as anxiety and depression, unhealthy habits, past traumatic experiences, low self esteem, fears and chronic pain.
