I am Michelle creator of Exhale Yoga and Wellness. A yoga therapy and wellbeing coaching business that specialises in supporting children, teens and women to learn supportive strategies to reduce anxiety and live a healthy and empowered life.

I am a qualified Yoga therapist, yoga teacher, registered kids yoga teacher and trainer, Ayurvedic wellness coach, reiki master, EFT coach.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting women and children in their journey to find calm, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with their bodies and minds through the power of yoga and integrative therapies.

With over 9 years of teaching experience, I’ve had the privilege of guiding many individuals through the transformative process of healing, personal growth, and emotional well-being.

My approach to yoga goes beyond just physical postures—it's about creating a safe, nurturing space for self-discovery, emotional healing, and cultivating a deeper connection to the present moment.

Yoga has been my personal journey to peace. Years ago, I faced burnout and anxiety that felt overwhelming and unmanageable. It was during this challenging time that I turned to yoga as a tool for healing. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, I found a path back to balance and vitality. Now, I share my knowledge to help others experience the same healing and empowerment that yoga has brought me.
I believe that when women and children nurture their whole body not just the symptoms they unlock the ability to face life’s challenges with grace and strength. My work with children is especially close to my heart. Anxiety can affect of all ages, and I've seen firsthand how the calming power of yoga can help children manage anxiety and diverse needs, to feel more grounded. Through age-appropriate practices, I create a space for children to express themselves, calm their nervous systems, and build resilience in the face of anxiety.
Through personalised yoga therapy sessions, I aim to create a space where you can release tension, cultivate mindfulness, and feel supported in every step of your wellness journey—no matter your age or life stage.
